Vaccine Shipping Policy – Bushland Ranch

Please be aware that while we include cold packs with all vaccine shipments, your order may arrive above standard refrigerated temperatures. This is common during transit and does not typically affect the quality of the vaccines.

If maintaining cooler temperatures is critical for your needs, we recommend selecting and paying for UPS Next Day Air. While this option is more expensive, it offers the best chance of the vaccines arriving slightly cool. However, we cannot guarantee that the contents will be cold upon delivery.

We do not carry or ship vaccines that require extreme cold storage, such as those needing liquid nitrogen. All our vaccines are stable under standard shipping conditions and do not fall into the category of ultra temperature-sensitive products.

Historically, we have not experienced any issues with vaccine effectiveness during shipment—even to remote locations—unless the shipment was delayed significantly beyond the expected delivery timeframe (e.g., more than a week late).

If we believe your chosen shipping method may result in delays or risk to product quality, we will reach out before shipping.

We do not offer refunds or accept returns for vaccines that arrive warm. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these shipping conditions.
