Return Policy
We gladly accept returns of unopened merchandise in its original condition, including sealed packaging, within 14 days of the invoice date. You'll receive a full refund, excluding shipping and gift-wrapping charges.
All online returns must be shipped to our warehouse; in-store returns are not accepted for online orders.
Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 weeks of returning your package, with email notification upon completion.

These were purchased as 50x1ml rabies. We needed them for our projects in Ukraine. We ordered 9 and the store verified that it was 50x1ml doses each. So it was expected that 450 doses would arrive cold since overnight shipping was chosen. Customer service even said the vaccines needed to be cold.
Guess what?
They arrived in a cardboard box with paper surrounding nine individual vaccines. Not nine packs of 50. And they were hot and ruined. Not only was I told they had to remain cold, but they were taken out of a refrigerator and placed into a plain cardboard box. Then they eye shipped in a plastic bag and left on the doorstep in the sun to cook even more.
Don't even THINK about ordering vaccines from here. There is no quality control or assurance and no attention to detail. You just cannot trust today temperature sensitive items have been maintained as they are supposed to be. Would you chance it with your animals? Stay very far away!!!
